Kristin Wittmer 

Group Director, Project Management

Kristin brings 16+ years of project management experience, specializing in qualitative fieldwork across a vast array of audience types. Her background includes field management for research targeting hard-to-reach healthcare professionals and specialists, as well as patients with diverse health conditions — from type 2 diabetes to stage IV lung cancer. Her experience also extends to executive-level professionals and a wide range of consumer audiences.

She has deep experience managing highly niche research projects, including those involving hard-to-reach and low-incidence populations, both domestically and internationally, and is continuously focused on building and strengthening field partnerships. As Group Director, Kristin leads a team of Project Directors while also working closely with the compliance, ensuring adherence to adverse event reporting obligations, and industry codes of conduct. She champions exceptional quality control from the earliest stages of research and ensures consistency, rigor, and efficiency across all project management practices.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, has a strong interest in interior design, and loves any activity that lets her explore her creative side.
