Sybil Ottenstein

Director, Strategic Consulting

Sybil’s inspirational approach to qualitative research has informed successful brand positioning, marketing strategy, product development, and design decisions across the health & wellness, technology, F & B and beauty categories. She has been working with Galileo since 2017, and over the course of that time has developed an expertise and passion for healthcare research.

Sybil is forever observing and connecting the dots between human expressions, cultural trends and evolutions, and brand behavior – ultimately seeking to understand WHY we do what we do. Towards this end, she has devoted her career to combining natural empathy with an ability to ask, as well as answer, the right questions to create transformative human-centric experiences.

Sybil completed her BA at the IDC in Herzliya, Israel in Government and Diplomacy and her MA in Law and Diplomacy at the Tufts Fletcher School. A reiki practitioner and soon-to-be health coach, she is passionate about holistic living and when not moderating a focus group, you can find her practicing yoga, dancing or traveling. Sybil is currently completing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University, specializing in mind-body based modalities for the healing of trauma.
